Single $.33 to .34 per mile
Teams $.42 per mile

Arctic recognizes and appreciates your value to our company. Drivers are reviewed annually and evaluated for appropriate raises.
Short Freight Pays More
In addition to a driver's base pay, Arctic drivers receive additional pay for shorter freight they move. A driver always receives his/her base pay regardless of the length of haul of any particular trip. In addition to the agreed base pay, a driver will be paid bonus bucks for shorter trips. The scale is simple and easy to figure:

Remember, you always receive your base pay in addition to these bonus bucks. This pay scale makes it possible for company drivers to make money while they haul shorter freight. We think some of the opportunities we are developing with regionalized lanes will be of great interest to many of you.
